Following their agreement dated 23 December 2005, the shareholders of Duke Street Capital and France 2 and others, agreed the sale of these companies to Bélvédère. Duke Street Capital and France 2 owned 69.3% of the share capital of Marie Brizard & Roger International. This transaction values the shares at EUR 213.478.371, or EUR 141 per share in Marie Brizard & Roger.
