The Company (Dromana) wishes to advise that it has received a copy of the Media Release from the Takeovers Panel and an email from two shareholders that an Application has been lodged with the Takeovers Panel alleging that unacceptable circumstances exist in relation to the recently announced Rights Issue and the associated underwriting agreement.
The Company strongly rejects all allegations made within the application by Mr. Hempton and Mr. Maher, and will lodge its submission to the Takeover Panel as soon as possible.
