Don Sebastiani & Sons appoints new brand manager

Napa native Tony Baldini has been hired by Don Sebastiani & Sons International Wine Negociants as brand manager for its two wine portfolios — Three Loose Screws and The Other Guys.

Baldini most recently was a marketing and sales consultant to Monteverdi Spirits, a privately held producer of artisan liquors. Prior to that, he was director of marketing for Kendall-Jackson’s Artisans & Estates wine portfolio in Santa Rosa, with direct responsibility for the Stonestreet, Legacy and Ray’s Station brands.

“Tony brings enthusiasm and a unique perspective to the business and we’re excited to have him on board,” said Don Sebastiani, Jr., Marketing Director.

Baldini earned a B.A. in economics from the University of California-Davis and received an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California-Berkeley. Before returning to the wine business, he held marketing and channel management positions with Bidcom, Inc., in San Francisco, and with Oracle Corporation in Redwood Shores.
