By mutual agreement, Cork Supply USA/Newpak and StaVin have ended a marketing agreement pertaining to Savour Oak™ products, returning all U.S. sales operations to StaVin. Cork Supply will, however, continue to sell the Savour Oak™ products in both Australia and South Africa.
Two years ago, StaVin extended an existing Australian sales agreement by granting all U.S. Savour Oak™ sales to Cork Supply/Newpak. While the overseas sales agreement continues to be advantageous, both companies agreed that it would be more appropriate for StaVin, which is based in California and maintains its own sales operations, to manage U.S. sales.
