Vinimark Trading PTY (Vinimark) and New Generation Wines Limited (NGW) are delighted to announce the appointment of NGW as sole UK agent for the products of Robertson Winery, Boekenhoutskloof, and the award winning sparkling wines of Krone, with effect from 2 April 2007.
Vinimark, via its wholly owned UK subsidiary Vinimark Trading Limited, will become a minority shareholder in NGW through the issue of new shares. Tim Rands, Managing Director of Vinimark will join the NGW Board of Directors.
