It is always interesting to see what critics may write of the Bordeaux vintages, if only to remark on the disparity of their opinions. To save one looking up across each site there are a few services which conglomerate the scores of critics.
The three main sites are:
http://bertrand.leguern.club.fr Our favourite site and the longest established (but in French) contains the notes of Quarin, Bettane, Lévy, Revue du vin de France, Grand Jury Européen, Litwar, Decanter, Robinson, Cannavan, Martin, Voss, Parker, Wine Spectator and Romieux (Vinissime). An interesting table is the subsequent re-evaluation of the primeur once tasted after bottling and the table for current prices over primeurs - interesting to see the ups and downs even for the highly rated 2005.
www.winemaga.com
A website combining many features. They don’t list the individual scores from each critic for each wine but they add them together to form an average and provide a helpful standard deviation to highlight the disparity. At the time of writing there wasn’t much on their site for 2007 buyers
www.bordoverview.com/
A comprehensive wine listing (including 2007) which features the scores of Parker, Robinson, Bettane, Wine Spectator, Decanter, RVF and others. Other useful information packed into the charts are the size of the vineyards, the winemaker, prices and classification.
