WineWeb.com adds CRM to its winery services suite, with integration to its e-commerce, wine club and point-of-sale services.

WineWeb.com[1] announces the release of its Customer Relationship Management (CRM) component, which allows wineries to manage and track their existing customers, as well as their sales pipeline of prospective customers. This component tracks customer communication history, manages assigned tasks across the organization, and allows additional custom fields to be added by customer type. Numerous automated tasks have been included to maintain a complete view of customer interaction. “Our CRM component integrates with our other services, including wine clubs and point-of-sale, to enable multi-user workflow management,” states Ron Kreutzer, Founder and President of WineWeb Enterprises, Inc. “We’re excited about our CRM as it rounds out our services into a complete winery direct sales channel solution,” continues Kreutzer.

The customer relationship management component is suitable for medium-sized wineries and smaller wineries wanting a robust and affordable solution. It leverages all the functionality available in the WineWeb Customer Repository, so wineries can maintain a single set of data. Fully integrated and customizable tools for import, export and reporting are provided. This component is available as a no cost enhancement to wineries using WineWeb’s Premier Bundle or Enhanced Website service.
