Former President of the House of Krug, Rémi Krug, will be speaking at Cert Octavian’s annual event during the 2009 London International Wine Fair.
Cert Octavian will be hosting the exclusive event at London’s ExCel on Wednesday 13 May at 2pm in South Gallery Rooms 5&6, where Rémi will be sharing his experience of leading a global luxury brand for forty years and some of the founding principles behind his success in building Krug in to the premium global brand it is today.
Rémi and the House of Krug demonstrate an intrinsic commitment to quality and a culture of excellence, which Rémi will illustrate with practical examples demonstrating how to make the leap from ‘good’ to outstanding.
Rémi is currently Honorary Chairman of the House of Krug and has recently founded a consultancy, RK Conseil, which educates businesses on learning from luxury.
This year’s event follows on from Cert Octavian’s highly successful 2008 forum at the London International Wine Fair that introduced the concept of delivering care to customers through the highest standards of customer service.
Managing director Anthony Finlayson-Green, said: “We’re pleased to be able to follow last year’s successful event with such a highly esteemed speaker. Rémi’s presentation will provide a real life example that brands in every sector can learn from. Demonstrating how adding value and pushing customer service to the highest levels can benefit your business is essential during the economic downturn, and our care principle and Rémi’s expertise will provide for a captivating presentation.”
