UK: a “Chile Christmas”

The “Chile Christmas” tasting, held last week in London, was the 6th time Wines of Chile has gathered high profile wine retailers under one roof to show off their Chilean ranges to consumers. Now an annual event for an ever growing Chilean fan club, this year saw 235 guests tasting their way across the length and breadth of Chile, talking to senior retail wine buyers and enjoying the odd empanada.
18 of the UK’s top multiple, independent and online wine merchants were present in the splendid Banqueting Hall of Glazier’s Hall. Between them they showed 282 different Chilean wines retailing at between £6.00 and £30.00, illustrating the tremendous quality and sheer breadth of choice that is available in the UK today.

Sainsbury’s – South American Wines Online – Tanners – Taurus Wines – Tesco

Feedback from the exhibitors has been tremendous and includes
